We are looking for a Youth Director to help us nurture middle and high school youth on their faith journey by coordinating and training volunteers from the congregation to engage with the youth as Mentors, Sunday School Teachers, and Youth Group Advisors.
Our hope is to build a culture that nurtures great relationships between youth, the church, and Jesus Christ. Two extremely helpful books have guided our youth ministry discernment process: Youth Ministry in the 21st Century edited by Chap Clark and Contemplative Youth Ministry by Mark Yaconelli.
