    Terms of Use MVPC Terms of Use for member pages ​ Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church (“MVPC”) owns and operates this website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms set out below. The Bulletin Board is limited to members or friends of the church 18 years of age or older without medical or mental health conditions which impair their capacity to consent to ride arrangements or other activities posted on the bulletin board. To offer a ride one must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have adequate personal insurance covering potential injuries to passengers. During the Covid-19 crisis, masking, social distancing and sanitation protocols must be in place during any such activities. Misuse of the bulletin board or information posted to the members/friends page by any member/friend of the Church will result in that individual being immediately barred by MVPC, without recourse, from access to the member pages. MVPC reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time, in its sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When MVPC changes the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.
